The main difference from the basic Rear-Entry position is that the top guy is not kneeling behind the bottom partner, but is instead squatting behind him. This gives to the position a totally different penetration angle.
So squat behind your partner, have him kneel before you, lifting his ass upward. Penetrate from the top downward, slowly at first.
